1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you, the visitor, and Noz7 (“we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or browsing noz7.com, including any subdomain or related page, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you should stop using the website immediately.

These Terms are written in clear, plain English so that any visitor can understand them. Where a clause uses legal or technical wording, it is included only because the relevant law requires it.

All branding, text, layout, icons, illustrations, design choices and source code on the Service — unless explicitly attributed otherwise — are the intellectual property of Noz7 and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

Logos, names and visual marks of third-party partners shown on the Service remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed solely to identify the partner destination. Such display does not imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement beyond what is explicitly described in writing on the Service.

6 Prohibited conduct

When using the Service, you agree that you will not:

• Interfere with, disrupt or place an unreasonable load on the Service or its servers.

7 Third-party links

The Service is, by design, a directory that links to other websites we have verified. When you click an outbound link you leave Noz7 and enter a separate site operated by an independent third party. Each such site has its own terms, privacy policy and content standards, which we encourage you to read before using it.

Although we make reasonable efforts to verify destinations before listing them, we do not control external sites and we cannot guarantee the accuracy, legality, safety or continued availability of any content hosted on them. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, availability, security, non-infringement and uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the Service will be free from errors, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service or its servers are free from viruses or other harmful components.

9 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Noz7, its operators, contributors or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption or any other intangible loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or any third-party site reached through the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for a free Service, is zero) or (b) one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).

The “Updated” date shown at the top of this page will always reflect the latest revision, and significant changes will additionally be announced on our official channels before they take effect. These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the State in which our registered office is located, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

14 Dispute resolution

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Noz7 regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject matter.
