Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and protect data — and the rights you have. Written in plain language, with no legal jargon to hide behind.
30-second summary. Noz7 does not collect personal data, does not use tracking cookies, does not run advertising, and does not share information with any third parties. The only thing stored on your device is your theme preference (light or dark) — and only because you chose it.
1 Introduction
Welcome to Noz7. This privacy policy explains how we handle information when you visit noz7.com or contact us through any of our official social channels. We have deliberately designed Noz7 to be a low-data, privacy-first destination, which means that the vast majority of this document describes what we do not do, rather than what we do.
By using our website you confirm that you have read and understood this policy. If anything below is unclear, reach out to us through the channels listed in section 13 and we will be happy to clarify.
2 Information we do not collect
Most websites you visit will list everything they collect. Noz7 is unusual in that the list of things we do not collect is significantly longer. Specifically, our platform does not collect, process or store any of the following:
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers or other identifiers.
- Account credentials (we do not offer accounts at all).
- Browsing history, click history or behavioural profiles.
- Precise location data or device fingerprints.
- Payment information — we never charge visitors for anything.
- Form submissions — there are no contact forms on the site.
- Analytics or advertising identifiers.
Because none of the above is collected, none of it can be lost, leaked, sold or misused. This is the strongest form of privacy protection we can offer.
3 Information we may receive
There are two limited situations in which information may reach us:
3.1 Voluntary messages on social channels
If you choose to contact us through Telegram, Instagram, Facebook or Pinterest, the message you send and any information you include inside it (for example, your social handle, profile picture or screenshots) becomes visible to our team within that platform. We do not export, copy or store these conversations outside the platform itself.
3.2 Standard server logs
Like every server on the internet, our hosting provider may temporarily record technical request data such as IP address, browser user-agent and the URL requested. These logs are used solely to keep the site online, detect abuse and troubleshoot errors. They are not used to build profiles, are not shared with third parties and are rotated automatically after a short period.
4 Cookies and local storage
Noz7 does not set any tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. We do use a single piece of local storage on your own browser to remember whether you have chosen the light or dark theme. This value never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
5 Third-party services
To keep Noz7 fast and accessible, a small number of resources are loaded from reputable third-party providers. Each one is listed below with the strict purpose for which it is used:
- Google Fonts — to deliver the Inter, Tajawal and Cairo typefaces.
- Google Maps (embed) — only on pages that display a map of our office location.
- postimg.cc — to host the static logo images used on the site.
Each provider has its own privacy policy, which governs any data they may collect when their resources load in your browser. We do not pass any additional data to them beyond what is technically required to display the resource.
6 External links
Noz7 is, by design, a directory that links to other websites we have verified. When you click an outbound link, you leave Noz7 and enter a separate site that is operated by a third party. Each destination has its own privacy policy and terms of use, which we encourage you to read. We are not responsible for the practices of those external sites.
7 Data retention
Because we do not collect personal data, there is generally nothing to retain. Technical server logs are rotated automatically after a maximum of thirty (30) days. Conversations on our social channels remain on those platforms in accordance with each platform’s own retention rules.
8 Children’s privacy
Noz7 is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under thirteen (13) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided information through one of our channels, please contact us so we can promptly remove it.
9 Your rights (GDPR & CCPA)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or California, you have the following rights regarding any personal data we might hold about you:
- Right of access — ask what information we hold.
- Right of rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Right of erasure — ask us to delete information.
- Right of objection — object to processing for any reason.
- Right of portability — receive your data in a structured format.
- Right to non-discrimination — we never penalize you for exercising any right.
- Right to lodge a complaint — contact your local supervisory authority.
Because Noz7 does not collect personal data, most requests can be answered in minutes simply by confirming that we have nothing on file. To exercise any right, reach us through the official channels listed in section 13.
10 Security
Our entire site is served exclusively over HTTPS using modern TLS encryption. Best-practice security headers and a strict referrer policy are applied to every page. While no online system can be guaranteed 100% impenetrable, our minimal-data architecture means that even in a worst-case scenario there is very little personal information at risk.
11 International data transfers
Our servers and registered office are located in the United States. If you are visiting from outside the United States, please be aware that any technical information processed to deliver the site (such as request logs) may transit jurisdictions whose data-protection laws differ from yours. By using Noz7 you consent to this transfer.
12 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in legislation or in the way the site is operated. The “Updated” date shown at the top of this page will always reflect the latest revision. Significant changes will also be announced on our official social channels before they take effect.
13 Contact us
If you have any questions about this privacy policy or about how we handle data, please reach out via any of the official channels listed on our Contact page. We aim to respond within twenty-four hours on business days.
Postal correspondence may be sent to: Noz7, 14618 Demario Junction, Suite 996, Sydneeport, DC 77317, United States.
